Notes

These instructions are specific to the Ninja DT201 Foodi 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fryer.  Following these instructions in a different model air fryer may yield different results.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LARGE BATCHES/2 RACKS OF BREAD: It's important to rotate the rack positions about halfway through the toasting process to get even browning on both sides of the toast. If you don't swap the rack positions during toasting, the top rack of bread will be noticeably more toasted on top, and the bottom rack of bread will be noticeably browner on the bottom.
FOR LARGE BATCHES: if you like your toast an even, rich, golden-brown. Normally, I'd advise using shade 4 to attain these results. But for 2 racks of bread, you'll want to select shade 2. Hit start and wait for the cycle to complete and the air fryer to beep. Once it completes, immediately open the air fryer, rotate rack positions, close the air fryer, hit start, and wait for the cycle to complete. To prevent over cooking, open air fryer immediately and serve.
